Friday’s calendar of upcoming events for authors

Several times a month,  I host one-hour teleseminar interviews with a variety of authors and marketing professionals. My goal is to highlight new ideas and techniques and discover how today’s successful authors are planning, writing, promoting, and profiting from their books.

Each call yields at least one great idea worthy of sharing; most calls have several takeaways.

To date, I have interviewed over 350 authors. My guests have included:

• Those currently writing their book.
• Newly-published first-time authors.
• Best-selling authors whose books have sold over 10 million copies (like Richard Bolles, author, What Color Is Your Parachute?).
• Literary agents, acquisitions editors, publishers, and book promoters.

These teleseminar interviews also provide an opportunity for attendees to comment and ask questions to my guests. Questions may be asked during the call, as well as submitted in advance as blog comments.
