Glance at the map, above, and you view the overall structure of the book. But, if you click the Plus sign (i.e., +) next to one of the sections, you can view the chapters contained in the sections!
Click the Plus signs next to each chapter to see how many pages it contains. The Clicking the Minus sign next to each section collapses the section. You can also use the Zoom tools to resize the map, or move around the map using the vertical and horizontal sliders.
