Tuesday’s writing tip
Committing to daily progress is the key to writing a book and meeting your deadlines. Consistent progress each day–even in working sessions lasting just 30-minutes–keeps your mind engaged. As a result, even when you’re performing other tasks, your brain is processing your book.
Try to carve out a little time during your most productive period of the day, the time when you’re working at your best. This can be early morning or late at night, any time when you are relatively free from interruptions and your productivity is at its greatest.
“Daily,” by the way, doesn’t necessarily mean 7 days a week. Short working Monday through Friday sessions can be enough to get your name and picture on the cover of a book that positions you as the expert in your field!
