How to keep track of your progress while writing your book

Tuesday’s writing tip

Progress comes quickly when you commit to writing your book in short, frequent, working sessions–sometimes as short as 30 minutes a day. Short, frequent, sessions keeps your brain engaged with your project. Completed pages quickly mount up.

To keep track of the time you spend on your book, use a 12-week Progress Tracker. Published & Profitable members can download one here.

You can print and fill out the 12-Week Progress Tracker by hand, or you can enter your daily starting and stopping times using your favorite word processing software program.
